About Us
You can create a safe home inside yourself
- a place to rest in the truth of who you are
We are Barefoot And Balanced, and we love what we do. Each of our virtual clinic psychotherapists takes pride in helping evolving beings along their mental health journey. We are just like you - only a little farther down the path - reminding you that it’s never too late to love your life.
There will come a time when you have a negative experience with someone and instead of it triggering your trauma, it triggers your healing, and you are reminded of the work you’ve done to rebuild yourself.
