Chastity Polston

Chastity began her career as a licensed clinical social worker, supporting families and children in the face of painful adversity and daunting odds. She then decided to return for her second master’s degree in counseling with the goal of assisting people through traumatic events. Her passion grew while witnessing her own beloved family members experience painful mental health challenges. She is a warm, attentive, and understanding soul who prizes flexibility, inclusivity, and non-judgement. She is a proud mother of two and granny of four who lives to support her clients in living their best life.
